These maintenance gates are used for mounting above airlocks or below bins and hoppers that require periodic shut downs for maintenance of dry material. Maintenance gates can be used in dilute-phase, vacuum, and gravity applications. Fully lined polymer liner and clear covers are standard. Hand crank, hand wheel, or chain wheel actuation is available. Other features include: narrow profile; lightweight aluminum frame construction; constant pressure woven Teflon seals on the blade; polished stainless steel blade; rated up to 230ºF; manufactured in square or round configurations.
