High-Containment Split Valves

These stainless steel high containment split butterfly valves ensure that toxic or highly potent products flow safely from one processing step to another. When both halves are locked together the system is closed to the atmosphere. The OEB/OEL level/classification that this split valve can handle is less than 1 µg/cu m (less than 1 mg/day highly toxic to 10-100 µg/cu m 1-10 mg/day slightly toxic). The valve system can be easily and quickly cleaned.
