MPSH, MPSJ, and MPSN airlocks feature a robust design that improves operating reliability and reduces running costs. Features include: low energy consumption; elimination of chain re-lubrication; consistent air pressure due to the minimal clearance between the rotor and the housing; uniform bearings and seals for each size of airlock; maximum pressure differential of 1.5 bar; MPSJ and MPSK are available with open- or closed-end rotor. The MPSH is for the in-feed of powdery to fine-grained, free-flowing bulk materials into pneumatic conveying lines; the MPSJ is for the discharge of powdery to fine-grained bulk materials from separators of pneumatic conveying systems; the MPSN is for discharging products from cyclones and filters. They can be coupled together in such applications as multiple suction pneumatic systems.
