AXL-BXL Rotary Airlocks

The DMN AXL drop through and BXL blow through rotary airlocks are designed for applications where inlet size is more important than capacity, and are generally used for product with poor flowability. AXL-BXL rotary airlock components include high filling efficiency, large inlet size in relation to rotor volume, sheared angle inlet, and minimum air leakage. The product line also includes USDA accepted models for sanitary use in the food and pharmaceutical industry, the types Dairy and Dairy MZC. The AXL and BXL valves are available in sizes from 8 to 14 in., and are suitable for products up to a temperature of 302°F and maximum pressure difference of 29 PSI. Flameproof and explosion-proof versions are available.
