A coal storage silo at a Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) power plant in Cumberland City, TN collapsed on Friday morning, several local news organizations reported.

“All personnel have been accounted for and no one was injured,” TVA spokesperson Scott Brooks told the Clarksville, TN Leaf-Chronicle.

Occurring in Unit 2 of TVA’s Cumberland Fossil Plant, the collapse did not impact production and the unit, Brooks told Nashville-based CBS News affiliate News Channel 5, noting that the unit was off-line at the time of the incident.

“Cumberland plant emergency personnel responded immediately,” said Brooks in the Leaf-Chronicle’s report. “The area is cordoned off and an investigation is under way. We will provide more information as we have it. TVA Safety personnel and TVA Police are onsite.”

The cause of the collapse is currently unclear.
