When large capacity storage is required, bolted RTP construction is a popular choice.  It is a precision design that is manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility. RTP construction utilizes a proprietary, baked-on powder coat system, Fusion 5000 FBE, developed by Akzo Nobel, the largest powder coat supplier worldwide. This coating system provides excellent protection for dry bulk material storage. Custom shop-welded units, ranging in diameter from 10-14 ft, with heights up to 85 ft, are shipped throughout North America as one-piece units. SIT units (system installed tanks) include factory installation of customer supplied equipment, which can reduce field installation requirements and timelines.
