Vertical Shaft Impactor Tubular Metal Rotor

The patented vertical shaft impactor tube-style rotor creates higher tip speeds, which increases first pass yield, produces tighter particle size distribution, and reduces recirculation loads. The rotor rotation is reversible, allowing wear on both sides of the tube. Rotating the indexing tube one-quarter turn increases the wear surfaces. The tubular rotor and reversible anvils are retrofittable to any brand vertical shaft impactor. Raw feed sizes are up to 2.8 in. Models up to 300 tn/hr are available.
