Simpactor ARB Pin Mill

The Simpactor ARB can easily mill semi-abrasive materials from 1 to 3 Mohs: limestone, zeolite, recycled or natural gypsum, bauxite, clays, non-calcined ceramics, and high percentage silica trona. The Simpactor’s space-saving design has a small footprint, which is ideal for gravity-fed applications where space is at a premium. Large and expensive vented bin hoppers, vented screw augers, or cyclones with suction fans are no longer required. The built-in bin vent design lets air out through the vents at the top, rather than the bottom with the milled product. The vents allow the Simpactor to operate without the need for a nuisance dust bag house and allows product to exit the mill non-aerated without losing the wanted “fines” created by the milling process.
