Preconditioning Lump Breaker/Crusher

Used for preconditioning feed to a fine particle size pulverizer, this lump breaker/crusher is now offered by IPEC as a stand-alone device for breaking lumps. The unit is constructed of abrasive-resistant steel on wearing surfaces, and can be either high-speed belt driven or low-speed gear box driven to provide proper action, depending on the material application. The unit can be used for friable materials such as chemicals, ash, sugar, and food, as well as plastics. Testing of the crusher is available.
