Multi-Cage Mill Pulverizes, Grinds, Crushes, Mixes

The Stedman H-Series multi-cage mill pulverizes, grinds, crushes, and/or mixes abrasive and non-abrasive materials – wet, sticky, or dry. It produces fine, uniform grind up to 240 tn/hr, and is reversible for extended wear life. The unit is capable of a variety of product gradations by changing the mill speed. It accommodates two-, four-, or six-row cage assemblies. The operator can vary the number of pins in each row, the rotational speed of each cage, or change the relative direction of rotation of the cages. Air cannons can be mounted at the intake and discharge to help prevent buildup of wet material. Quick-opening housing provides for minimum downtime during wear part replacement. Inspection requires about five minutes, with complete change-out in as little as one hour.
