Mills, Granulators, and Crushers for Toll Processing

Custom Processing Services performs tolling work taking large raw material to one inch and smaller in our jaw crusher. A variety of coarse distributions ranging from approximately 10-30 mesh can be produced by an impact mill working in concert with a screen deck to deliver precise screen cuts. For even smaller sizes, materials can be redirected to a pulverizer and milled down to average particle sizes of about 50 microns. For ultra-fine grinding, materials are then fed through one of many jet mills and micronized to 10 microns or less. Particle characterization is also possible, with regard to color, brightness, and aspect ratio. Additionally, sub-micron particles can be produced by either wet or dry grinding methods. A full complement of packaging options is also available.
