Lump Breakers with Direct Drive Shaft

Progressive Products manufactures lump breakers for a simple and economical way of breaking down agglomerated dry powders into manageable particles for conveying and process introduction. These lump breakers use a direct drive shaft with solid steel fingers and a gravity feed system for an easy flow while reducing product lumps. With an in-line, low-profile design – which is easily insertable into existing systems - these lump breakers are fabricated with a durable construction for long life performance. Standard features include a direct drive, premium life outboard bearings, easy-to-change maintenance free seals, and a factory-installed air purge. The lump breakers are available in 12- and 24-sq-in. sizes. Both carbon steel and stainless steel construction is available.
