High-Capacity Roller Mill

The Raymond 120-in. roller mill system is designed to dry, pulverize, classify, and deliver various types of materials with feed sizes ranging from 10–70mm. This larger mill complements Alstom’s existing product line to address the growing need for limestone sorbent and solid fuel alternatives requiring greater milling capacity. The roller mill is well-suited for processing materials that are classified as 5 or less on the Mohs scale of hardness. It has the ability to produce a wide range of material sizes from granular to fine, for maximum flexibility. This mill controls product size and production quality with minimal power that reduces overall operating costs. Additional construction features include: journal assembly, vertical shaft hub connection, trunnion bearings dual-o-ring, fabricated plow support, and flange bearing for turbine classifier.
