Friable Material Conditioner

Spiroflow offers a range of easy-to-clean friable material conditioners for materials requiring additional ‘conditioning’ ahead of processing or packaging. These units are furnished with a mesh to ensure only material ‘conditioned’ to the correct specification passes on to processing or packaging. Three standard models include: FM100 (2200 lb/hr), FM200 (4400 lb/hr), and FM300 (6600 lb/hr), but special versions can easily be made to fit hoppers of any size or shape. Materials of construction include carbon steel, coated carbon steel, 304 or 316 grade stainless steel, each offered in a variety of finishes to suit application requirements. Options include a pull out grid for easy cleaning or changing to a different material conditioning specification.
