Five-Shaft Crusher Handles Lumps, Agglomerates

The Delumper Model LP is a large five-shaft crusher with a throat opening of 72 x 42 in. This unit can handle a high volume of lumps, agglomerates effortlessly, and has several design features. Its extra-low headroom design allows it to fit into an extremely tight plant location where other units can’t. The design employs a special housing and split bearings to allow for fast and easy removal of each cutting shaft individually, allowing access for part replacement and maintenance without moving the machine. This feature increases productivity and saves maintenance time and money. Maintenance is further simplified as each cutting shaft is fitted with an individual direct drive. This also assures quiet operation.   

The Delumper five-shaft LP features a straight-thru design with extended cutting teeth. With its large input opening, extra-large solids can be reduced by this powerful processor. The unit is provided with shaft seals to protect the bearings and for low dust operation. The unit can be provided with an input opening up to 72 x 72 in. or larger. Options include stainless steel construction, cutter hardfacing, a choice of cutting geometries to meet the application requirement, as well as an S250 automatic reversing control system.
