Disintegrator Screen Mill

The durable RP Disintegrator is widely used in food processing applications and in the chemical industry for size reduction of products to 100 mesh. The mill can also be used to shred and wet grind many fibrous and tough materials. Numerous screen types are available to meet a wide range of industrial process requirements. An optional variable frequency drive further increases the disintegrator’s effectiveness by allowing the operator to fine tune rotor speed. The sanitary design is easy to clean, and the screen can be removed without special tools quickly and efficiently.
