The Delumper HM crusher can reduce tough solids and lumps in hostile environments. With heavy-duty construction and a durable design, these straight-thru crushers can easily handle difficult, hard-to-process materials. The HM models feature a simple but durable mechanism consisting of heavy-duty hardened rotating cutting teeth on a single rotor, and a heavy bar screen. The Delumper HM crusher is ideal for ash, sludge cake, coke, coal, chemicals, waste, abrasive, and hard or caustic materials. A variety of models, alloys and sizes of the crusher are available. Options include hoppers, stands, extended outboard bearings, packings, hard-facing, and controls. The units can be supplied alone or as a part of a complete engineered system.
