The Vibroscreen two-deck sanitary vibratory classifier separates dry bulk solids and solids-laden slurries into three fractions at rates up to 6 tn/hr. Each fraction exits through one of three discharge spouts located: 1) at the periphery of the coarse upper screen, 2) the periphery of the fine lower screen, or 3) the outlet of a bottom discharge chute. Measuring 30 in. in diameter, it is constructed of stainless steel with polished welds, and equipped with sanitary epoxy-mounted screens and quick-disconnect clamps between screen frames for rapid cleaning, inspection and screen changes. The unit can operate on a batch or continuous basis, and is equipped with sanitary anti-blinding ball tray assemblies to dislodge near-size particles from screen apertures. It is available to 3-A, FDA, and BISSC sanitary standards, as well as to UL, ATEX, CSA, and CE electrical standards. It is also offered in diameters from 18 to 100 in.
