The Minox MTS 2600 tumbler screener is an 8½-ft machine that is capable of handling products other conventional screeners can’t. A gentle three-dimensional motion provides up to four times the output per sq/ft of screen area and is especially suited for difficult-to-handle or delicate, friable materials from 20 microns to ¾ in. The gentle tossing motion also prevents particles from being "hammered" into the screen cloth, as occurs with vibratory machines, therefore prolonging screen life. Screen blinding is completely eliminated by motor-driven rotary brushes, motor driven air knives, a combination of both, or bouncing balls. The machine is available in up to five decks. Double-output machines save floor space and double screening machines provide efficient fines removal. Free material testing is available.
