Sonic Sieve

The GA-6 Gilsonic AutoSiever provides sonic sieving of powders. A vertically oscillating air column gently passes particles through the mesh openings, and added tapping helps clear screen-blinding and deagglomerate samples with adhesion problems. Fine-particle separation down to 5 µm can be achieved using 3-in. sieves. Maximum sample quantities are 10 g for particles <38 µm and 20 g for larger particles. The memory can handle up to 10 programs.
