Size Reduction or Sifting of Solids

FreDrive is a new universal platform for unlimited applications. It is can be used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries for the size reduction or sifting of solids. Within minutes, up to five different grinding heads can be attached, either for primary crushing, de-agglomeration, granulation, fine grinding, or control screening on the universal platform, which combines the controls and drive units. Changeover to a new grinding process takes a few minutes: simply loosen the tri-clamp, change the milling head, and reattach the tri-clamp.

The FreDrive can mill sticky, hard, or crystalline powder with wide varying product characteristics gently and problem-free, providing in-spec, flowing powder to your processes. All applications that require a mill with screen calibration are covered.

This universal platform can be mounted on a mobile lifter that meets all standards of the pharmaceutical industry, making the FreDrive even more versatile. The user has the option of docking the mill anywhere in the production area to bring the device to the desired height with a touch of a button, and to easily integrate into an existing or new system in an open or closed application.
