Simple Clean Magnetic Housing for Pneumatic Line Applications

IMI has added a Simple Clean version to its Pneumatic Line Housing (PLH) family. From the platform of the EZ-Clean and Self-Clean versions, the  Simple Clean represents an economic solution while still providing excellent metal separation for pneumatic conveying applications. The design forces product to make repeated and intimate contact with the magnetic tubes creating better metal capture. FDA-approved Nedox-coated magnetic tubes provide abrasion resistance and a non-stick magnet surface. The Simple Clean also incorporates a “dead zone” in the non-product contact area of each magnetic tube to make cleaning simple. The Simple Clean is available exclusively with ultra-high intensity, Rare Earth Neodymium 50 MgOe permanent magnetic material. A removable door on which the magnetic tubes are in a staggered formation to achieve optimal metal separation, compliments a fully-welded stainless steel body.
