Minerals Separator

The Minerals Separator delivers high-capacity screening in a compact footprint. It is designed for increased up-time and allows for material with temperatures up to 400ºF to be effectively screened at constant feed rates. The elliptical-linear motion of the Minerals Separator and equal feed distribution to all screening decks ensures material quickly stratifies and spreads across the width of the screen surface. The long-stroke, low frequency of the separator gently separates material without violent action, which can reduce yield of on-spec product. Each deck feeds product through sealed discharge door channels to maximize product recovery. It features durable abrasion-resistant steel construction with hardened surfaces at critical material contact points.
