The Quicktron 05 RH is a high-frequency metal separator for the examination of free-flowing bulk materials in free fall. It provides fully automatic detection and rejection of metallic contaminants from the product stream without process interruption. The unit is designed to handle bulk materials in free fall. Features include: open framework with round reject mechanism without critical edges avoids dust and dirt settlement; product contacting parts are made from food grade materials such as stainless steel, PP, silicone, and Teflon; suitable for all applications and throughputs. Round apertures are available from 2-12 in diam. Other diameters are available as required.
