Drawer in Housing MagnetsDrawer in Housing Magnets
February 21, 2017
Magnetic Systems International (MSI) has improved the design for its self-cleaning drawer in housing magnets, replacing an older roller mechanism with linear bearings.
With their smooth operation, these linear bearing reduce the chance of binding and are far less likely to damage the cylinder shafts. In combination with the new linear bearings are MSI's floating wiper seals that continuously self-align with the magnetic tube for a tight seal and compliment the bearings for a smooth cleaning mechanism, improving wiper longevity. The result is a drawer magnet that cleans easier, cleans better, requires less maintenance, has less downtime, and results in less cost of ownership and greater productivity.
