Disc screens remove oversized items from bulk, cellulosic materials at high flow rates. They’re useful for screening woody material because they agitate the material, which otherwise tends to cling together, and they can handle heavy foreign objects like rocks and metal.

These screeners feature a cogged belt drive for quiet operation that does not require tensioning. They also feature adjustable discs, a direct, shaft-mounted drive, and a dust-tight enclosure when bolted to a Smart Conveyor.

Disc screens are available as single units or as part of a complete material handling system that includes automated infeed, metering, transfer, screening, surge buffering, storage, reclaim, and trailer load out.
