Bunting Magnetics Names Sonia Cox Director of Marketing

Bunting Magnetics Co., a producer of precision magnetic products for the worldwide automobile, plastics, food, electronics, and printing industries, has named Sonia Cox as director of marketing, with responsibility for the company’s worldwide marketing functions.
 
“Sonia Cox brings Bunting Magnetics a unique background, and strengthens our approach to the industries and companies we serve,” said Bunting Magnetics president Robert J. Bunting. “She brings us leadership and management experience with several companies, where she developed products and market strategies that broadened their market shares.”

In her new role, Cox is responsible for the global presence of Bunting Magnetics Co., as well as our subsidiaries Bunting Magnetic Europe Ltd, Magnet Applications, buymagnets.com, and emagnetsuk.com.”

Sonia Cox holds a Master of Business Administration degree and undergraduate degrees in Finance, Economics, Marketing, and Management, all from Pittsburg State University. She has more than 12 years of marketing and product development experience. She is based at the Bunting Magnetics headquarters in Newton, KS.
