Motomagnetic electric vibrators have stainless-steel cases for applications in which the vibrator must be fully protected against aggressive environments. For total protection from liquids, dusts, aggressive substances, and contaminants, ST-series vibrator cases and external components are constructed of stainless steel. Covered by a three-year warranty, the vibrators feature IP66 mechanical protection and IK08 shock resistance. To match application requirements, they are available in 1800- and 3600-rpm models in outputs from 212 to 4481 pounds of centrifugal force. Units feature adjustable eccentrics to allow precise tuning of vibratory force.

Manually clearing chutes is labor intensive and dangerous. Mounting a vibrator on a round pipe is not easy. A repetitive short-time-duration impulse vibrator effectively transmits vibration energy into the material in a hopper or chute to keep the material flowing. This product is engineered to provide support to the chute without hindering vibration transmission. The mounting assembly can easily be relocated to address changing flow restrictions. Pipe vibrators work well both above and below feeders to maintain output.

The Model VM-25 air-piston vibrator is available in an all-stainless-steel configuration. It can be used to promote the free flow of materials from small, thin-skinned (minimum 28-gauge) bins and hoppers with capacities up to 2 cu ft (57 L). The vibrator is for use in pharmaceutical or food-grade applications or in corrosive environments. This energetic little unit produces 16,000 vibrations/min while consuming only 2.0 scfm (57 L/min) of compressed air at 80 psig (5.4 bar). The normal force output is 15 lbs.
