Tool-Free Loading Filter Receiver with Integrated Feeder

Moovinator series HLe filter receivers combined with surge bins and feeders mounted on a scale, combines several operations in one self-contained package, all without the use of an airlock. Vacuum convey system gain in weight fills and loss in weight batches precisely. Convey rates to over 300 PPM in a 5-in. line have been achieved. The entire unit operates under a vacuum, ensuring a dust-tight, clean process. HLe filters are tool-free accessed from the side for easy cleaning and fast changeovers. All filter media is simple snap-clamp in design secured to a hinged tube sheet that opens for one side full access to the internals of filter. Integral auger discharge with chisel hopper surge conveys even the most sluggish materials without using vibration.
