Semi-Dense Phase Conveying Systems

Cyclonaire’s semi-dense phase conveyors offer a range of high-capacity pneumatic conveying for single or multiple materials that are abrasive and fluidizable, such as cement and fly ash. Standard units come with conveying capacities from 5-80 tn/hr and higher, depending on model and materials conveyed. When equipped with optional load cells, all semi-dense phase units can be used for weighing and batching with inventory control capabilities. Carbon steel transfer vessels are standard. Stainless steel and epoxy coated models are available, as are portable models. Other options include multiple inlets and butterfly outlet valves. Standard automated controls allow for minimal operator supervision. A variety of control options are available that can be integrated into existing plant control platforms.
