Screw-Type Pneumatic Pumps

Type M Fuller-Kinyon pumps are heavy-duty, screw-type pneumatic pumps, commonly used to convey dry, free-flowing, pulverized materials from grinding mills, transfer materials from silo to silo, transfer dust from collectors, and load and unload railcars, ships and barges. Developed from Fuller design and technology, the pumps provide lower power consumption, lower maintenance needs, and increased efficiency, flexibility, and reliability. Features include: pressurized bearing design for longer bearing wear life; a dynamic flapper valve design with Pneu-Flap torque controller prevents blow-back through the pump barrel; higher system design pressures allow for higher capacity through smaller pipelines; continuous mixed-phase conveying without the complicated controls and valve wear of pressure tank systems.
