Dense Flow Pocket Elbow

The Dense Flow Pocket Elbow is designed for use on pneumatic conveying pipelines, and is most effective when highly abrasive materials are being transported. During a pneumatic convey cycle, the elbow traps incoming material at the elbows deflection point. The material that is trapped in the "pocket" then acts as a barrier for any remaining material being conveyed, and greatly increases the lifespan of the elbow. The Pocket Elbow can directly replace any existing pneumatic elbow when combined with our Dense Flow Pipe Stubs. The advantages of the Dense Flow Pocket Elbow are: increased elbow lifespan; less downtime; lower maintenance costs.
