Loss-in-Weight Bulk Bag Discharger 3537

This loss-in-weight bulk bag discharger allows total control of product. Material can be discharged for individual batch amounts or fully interfaced with your plant process control for continuous batch production. The discharger meters bulk ingredients and/or minor additives for complete control of product being dispensed from the bag. It accurately dispenses products by using electronic load cells located directly below the top bag holding frame, assuring the bag and load cells are off the floor and out of the way of facility hazards. An integral transfer conveyor such as a flexible screw conveyor can be suspended from the holding frame for a totally self-contained discharge and loss-in-weight dispensing system. A patented spout closure device lets the operator untie/tie the bag through an access door without releasing product from the bag.
