Bulk Bag Unloader to Delumper

This package combines a bulk bag unloader and a delumper to separate materials that may be too sticky and difficult to introduce directly into the product stream. The inflatable spout ensures a dust-free discharge and only allows the inside of bag’s liner to come in contact with your process. Surface construction of 304 stainless steel makes this sanitary unit ideal for the food, dairy, nutritional, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Knowledge of upstream and downstream process requirements enables PPS engineers to design and properly integrate equipment to improve product quality and enhance operating efficiency. A variety of options and other size reduction configurations are also available for installation.
