Safety culture is a term that gets thrown around, but what does it really mean and how can it help keep your employees safe?

This 10-week training course provides grain industry employees with an appreciation for what safety culture really means and why practicing safety is always a good business decision. It will also provide the tools needed for evaluating what kind of safety culture you have not and how you can continuously make improvements.

GEAPS Members can access "Developing an Effective Safety Culture" for $495. The cost for non-members is $795.
