Twin-Shaft, Co-Rotating Continuous Processor

This continuous processor is manufactured in a variety of sizes in order to best suit the customers process as well as desired production output. Readco has added a 12-in. continuous processor to its product line to offer a scale-up option between its 10- and 15-in. machines. The 12-in. continuous processor will be able to process between 11,500 lb of product per hour, dependent on material and viscosity.

The continuous processor is a twin shaft, co-rotating processor, designed to mix one or more dry materials with one or more liquid materials on a continuous basis. This continuous process produces a homogeneous product that increases product quality and consistency, reduces cycle time, and eliminates unnecessary or anachronous equipment.
