When it comes to blending powders with liquids, DTL blenders are powerful workhorses that are widely used by the food, dairy beverage, and chemical industries.

A “tube-in-tube” design enables exact amounts of dry ingredients to be blended with liquids without the addition of air, resulting in higher quality mixtures with less foaming or lumping. The power of this unit, which can blend up to 100 lb/min, and its 316L impeller also ensure consistently finely blend mixtures without undesirable ‘fish eyes.’

The compact DTL blender is easy to install and integrate into existing systems. Its washdown motor and stainless steel construction make it ideal for hygienic operations.
