Multi-Shaft Mixer

Ross offers a new multi-shaft mixer equipped with a helical ribbon agitator for top-to-bottom mixing of viscous pastes, gels, and dense suspensions. Two other agitators – a sawtooth blade and a three-wing anchor – deliver high-speed dispersion and thorough product turnover. This multi-shaft mixer is extremely versatile in adapting to multiple applications, fine-tuning shear intensity, and heating/cooling to accurate levels. Pictured is a 150-gal mixer designed for full vacuum operation up to 29.5 in. Hg.
