MAP Laboratory Mixers
June 17, 2013
The small-scale production MLH mixer series has been re-engineered and modernized according to costumer’s requirements. The result is a new generation of laboratory mixers that offers improved features and ergonomics. The MLH consists of a stand-alone drive unit with incorporated frequency inverter and an easily replaceable horizontal mixing shaft. It is supported at the drive end only and has an equally easily replaceable, revolving mixing vessel complete with inlet/outlet. MLH laboratory batch mixers operate on the principle of a mechanically generated fluid bed. Consequently, it is possible to test using different mixing technologies: mixing, moistening/coating, agglomeration/granulation, and reaction/drying. This ensures efficient product and process development.
