Magnetic Drive Side Entry-Style Mixer

Jongia has developed the new Magitator side entry-style mixer that features a magnetic drive.

The Magitator provides power transfer without contact, the vessel in which it is installed is not penetrated by a shaft, and it maintains a hermetic seal.

This design eliminates the need for a mechanical shaft seal and the costs for maintaining a shaft seal-style agitator. This design also provides stringent SIP/CIP of the agitator.

The agitator is practically maintenance free thanks to the use of robust construction methods and the use of ceramic materials.
