Live Bottom Feed Hoppers

Marion Mixers launches a new line of live bottom feed hoppers that quickly and safely meter bulk product to the working area of your production facility. They provide the flexibility of controlling speeds with a VFD that can be integrated into your existing processes without causing major production delays. Because you can control the speed of the belt and the height of the flow gate, your bulk product can be metered to almost an exact amount without the need for load-cells and scales. The hoppers come with removable bag cutters designed to punch super sacks being loaded by a forklift. The hoppers are available in two sizes: a 6-tn with a 24-in. discharge belt, and an 8-tn with a 36-in. discharge belt.
