Gentle Touch Mixer Is Energy Efficient

The gentle touch mixer is an energy-efficient horizontal drum mixer that imparts no frictional heat, provides excellent homogeneity, short mixing times (2–5 min), quick and easy cleaning, self-emptying, and no segregation at discharge. It has no interior moving parts or dead zones, and is suitable for batch sizes of 10%-100% working capacity. Differing particle sizes are easily blended together without the risk of separation. Batch sizes from 10 to 25,000 l are available in standard construction. Various options include liquid injection, CIP including drying, access doors with drum positioning, and air drying/heating/cooling.
