Gentle, Snack Food Batch Blending

The Mk X 50-35/35s Rollo-Mixer was designed for extremely gentle, snack food batch blending. It can blend dried fruit or friable cracker bits and nuts uniformly in 80 seconds. This Rollo-Mixer was made with a detailed food-grade specification in polished steel. The rotary drum blender has 35 cu ft of working load volume, as loads vary from 600 to 1100 lb, depending on product density.

Raisins, cranberries, pineapple chunks, and other ingredients are loaded into the side of the drum at rest. The mix action gently folds and combines the blend at 4 rpm, and requires only 5 HP. It features quick, complete discharge and can be rinsed and dried in under 10 minutes.
