Enhanced Homogenous Mixer

The Pegasus mixer still has his double-axle mixing paddles that rotate in opposite directions, creating a fluidized mixing zone for homogeneous mixing. Now including new cutting heads, the design is completely fitted out in stainless steel, including the attached automatic sampling system. The design has also been improved so that no product residue stays behind. For cleaning, not only can the mixing shafts be withdrawn, but the back cover plate now opens. The cover plates are not flanged but welded, and all seals are fitted so wet cleaning is possible.
