Bulk Material Mixing Systems Achieve Homogeneous Blend

Ranging from 30 to more than 1300 cu ft, Ensign’s high-capacity mixing systems provide an efficient and cost-effective method of mixing products to achieve a homogeneous blend. Products can be introduced by bin, dumper, screw conveyor, or pneumatically. After the mixing process is complete the user can discharge manually into Gaylords, bulk bags, or other types of containers. Or, the user can utilize an integrated bulk bag filler with PLC controls, a touch-screen operator station, a densification table, and a gain-in-weight scale system to handle the whole process automatically. The mixing system shown in the photo is a fully integrated system with a vacuum pump, three-bin delivery system, surge bin with rotary air lock, mixer, and automated bulk bag filling station.
