Batch Mixer Enhances Production

The GBM is a single-shaft paddle mixer for effective powder mixing solutions that is available in sizes from 50 to 4400 l of useful volume per batch. High production efficiency is the result of a short mixing time - varying between 8 to 12 batches per hour - the complete de-agglomeration of lumps, and the easy cleaning facility.

Three drive packages are available to adjust the power to the required product and process requirements, also leading to a small CO2 footprint. Liquids can be sprayed into the chamber and dispersed with the optional dispersion tool. The GBM mixer is designated for applications in the food processing industry, as confectionary, seasonings, or ready-to-drink production, as well as in the specialty chemical industry.
