Integrated Immersion Separator for Safe Collection of Combustible Metal Dusts

With the importance of NFPA-compliant collection of combustible dusts on the rise, Nilfisk introduces an integrated immersion separator for the safe collection of combustible metal dusts. When integrated with the VHT437EXP and VHT456EXP industrial vacuums, the separator is CSA-certified to safely collect and render inert Group E metal dusts, such as aluminum, magnesium, and other commercial alloys, in a water or oil bath. The immersion separator is also available with the pneumatic VHC200EXP for situations where electrical is unavailable or undesirable.

The integrated immersion separator is constructed of low-sparking AISI 304 stainless steel and features an easy to remove 8-l dust container.
