Vibratory, Mechanical Feeders

Heavy-duty vibratory feeders are available in nine models with capacities to 850 tons (765 MT) per hour. Overhead drives, multiple drive arrangements and dust covers are offered for Eriez feeders, dependant upon your requirements and can be arranged for either base or suspension mounting. These feeders require minimal maintenance with no moving parts such as shafts, cams, or bearings, eliminating the need for lubrication. HDC Series feeders are designed to handle heavier powders and dry bulk solids. Additionally, these feeders are rated for Class 2, Div. 1, Groups F & G hazardous applications. HVF mechanical feeders are low-profile, rugged feeders that move high volumes of bulk material. The straightforward design incorporates a three-phase motor connected by belt to the variable-pitch sheave which drives the eccentric shaft.
