Sanitary Conveyor

Powder Show Booth 1821 - UniTrak’s new KleanTrak sanitary conveyor was specifically engineered to support applications with rigorous hygienic performance requirements, including food, pharmaceutical, and washdown. The sanitary design increases cleanability, while reducing the risk of pathogen and allergen contamination. Featuring a cleated belt made from FDA-approved materials and a sanitary designed frame to enable fast and easy in-place cleaning, KleanTrak is also equipped with a washdown-duty drive motor and sealed corrosion-resistance bearings. The conveyor is constructed from high-quality stainless steel, without any horizontal surfaces or entrapment points. KleanTrak includes a patented tensionless Intralox Thermodrive system that has no drive slip or belt stretch, eliminating the need for adjustment. It can also be outfitted with a portable/mobile base to move the unit to a remote cleaning station.
