Mechanical Silo Discharger 4279

This discharger features a vertical spindle fitted with flexible blades to ensure the unloading of dry chemicals from silos, bins, and hoppers. The unit rotates within the container bottom to prevent non-flowing materials from jamming, bridging, or compacting, often seen with vibration and fluidization systems. The design of the system allows the complete discharge of difficult dry chemicals such as lime, soda ash, trona, and cement. The mechanical unloader can also integrate up to four precise volumetric screw feeders. Each screw feeder is totally independent and can feed up to 15,000 lb/hr with different lengths and throughput variations.
